Each session can be whichever way you feel most comfortable – over the phone, a face call, or if you are local, then we can meet for a walk & talk in nature. I offer a free initial chat to see if you feel I can help you.
After that, sessions are £60 p/h.
These sessions will be for groups of fellow ADHD folk to meet in an understanding environment and learn together – healthier, happier ways of managing symptoms. Or, clients can bring along a family member or friend to support them in their journey.
These sessions will be £30 P/P.
Limited to 6 places.
For many of us motivation to do tasks or activities can be difficult. Yet, if we feel someone is there with us, there by our side (even virtually), we are able to do the thing we wanted to do.
Via a face call you will simply have someone there with you making you feel not only accountable but also motivated. It can make tasks as simple as washing up or even doing a 30-minute exercise routine feel more manageable and fun. It can also sometimes trigger mirror neurones, which can give us the desire to focus on the task.
Sessions will be £15 per 30 minutes.
